Sauna Ritual

1. Bookings

• •All bookings must be made in advance through our online booking system or by contacting us via WhatsApp.
• •Full payment is required to confirm your reservation.
• •Bookings are non-transferable without prior approval.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

• •Cancellations made 7 days or more before your booking will receive a full refund.
• •Cancellations made less than 7 days before your booking are non-refundable.
• •Bookings may be rescheduled, subject to availability, if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled session.
• •No-shows will be treated as a late cancellation and are non-refundable.
• •If Sauna Ritual is required to cancel your booking due to unforeseen circumstances, you will be offered either a full refund or an alternative booking date.

3. Arrival

• •Please arrive on time for your booking.
• •Late arrivals may reduce your session time to avoid affecting subsequent bookings.

4. Health & Safety

• •Guests must follow all posted safety instructions and facility guidelines at all times.
• •A separate Health Disclaimer and Waiver forms part of these Terms & Conditions and must be read and acknowledged before using the facilities.
• •Guests who fail to comply with safety instructions or facility rules may be refused entry or asked to leave without refund.

5. Facility Rules

• •Shower before entering the sauna and ice bath.
• •Sit or lie on a towel while using the sauna.
• •Keep voices low and respect the peaceful environment.
• •Wear appropriate swimwear.
• •Follow all posted guidelines and instructions.
• •Leave the facilities clean and tidy.

Guests may be refused entry or asked to leave without refund if these rules are not followed.

6. Liability

• •Participation is entirely voluntary.
• •Sauna Ritual accepts no responsibility for injuries, illnesses, allergic reactions, or loss or damage to personal belongings arising from the use of the facilities.
• •Guests are responsible for using the facilities within their own physical limits and following all safety instructions.

7. Damage

• •Guests may be held responsible for any damage to the facilities, equipment, or property resulting from misuse, negligence, or failure to follow facility guidelines.

8. Privacy

• •Personal information collected during the booking process will only be used to manage your reservation and communicate with you regarding your booking. We will never sell or share your personal information with third parties, except where required by law.

9. Acceptance

• •By completing your booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions, including the Health Disclaimer and Waiver.
